RF/microwave radiation have been set by the Institute of
Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a private professional
group which maintains its status as technical advisor to the FCC. Naturally, the corporate membership of IEEE is the literal backbone of the global Wi-radiation industry. In 1999, the federal Radiofrequency Interagency Work Group (RFIAWG) sent a report to the IEEE complaining about a number of unresolved issues and scientific uncertainties which render FCC's exposure standards dangerous and non-protective. Among complaints was the fact that current exposure standards do not take into account special sensitivity of certain tissues such as brain and bone marrow. In addition, FCC standards are configured only for acute, temporary exposures and do not properly address UNLIMITED CHRONIC EXPOSURE to which everyone is now subjected. RFIAWG also noted that federal standards do not accommodate the vulnerability of certain populations most susceptible to RF exposures, such as the very young, the sick and the elderly. These and many other urgent issues have never been properly addressed by either the IEEE or the FCC and thus federal exposure standards remain dangerous and outdated as of 2019. 34. J. Robert Oppenheimer, chief physicist for the Manhattan Project, provided most of the brain capacity to create the atomic bomb. In the early 1940s, the US Army put him in charge of the Los Alamos buildout and made him chief coordinator of the top secret effort dubbed Rapid Rupture. When Oppenheimer died of cancer in 1967, he was reportedly a broken man to have witnessed how the US government madly pursued development of nuclear weapons, which he believed were not necessary for war and which he said should be used only as a warning that humans must forsake violence and seek world peace.
