20.  Small cell antennas propagating numerous microwave frequencies are being mounted by cellular carriers on just about every surface that will bear them to fill in radiation gaps for consumer wireless demand. Although there is virtually no scientific or medical research currently available regarding the long-term bio-effects of pulsed microwaves in the 3.5 GHz spectrum, this additional radiation band is now being unleashed across the US for new wireless applications. See: "3.5 GHz Spectrum Access System Workshop," Federal Communications Commission, January 14, 2014. Along with Sprint, Google is set to experiment on the US population with 3.5 to 3.7 GHz radio frequencies for its new small cell technologies.  In its FCC application for these propagation experiments, Google promises to avoid interference with other radio frequency systems, but makes no promises to avoid interfering with human and animal biological systems.
